LearnForce21 provides underskilled workers with the training they need to build family-sustaining careers and employers with the skilled professionals they need to grow their businesses through trainings and technical assistance. Our data-driven and results-oriented instructional approach is hands-on, connecting academic subjects to our participants’ career goals and employers’ needs, and focuses on participants taking responsibility for their own learning.

Our Vision . . .

To revitalize Philadelphia’s economically distressed communities and build a diverse, skilled, educated workforce. Participants discover their strengths as self-directed learners, develop a deep awareness of environmentally sustainable practices, and build the academic and professional skills that enable them to provide for themselves and their families and take leadership roles in their communities and their chosen careers.
